Road tunnel, Italy
The Montezemolo tunnel is a bi-directional road tunnel that was completed in 1995. The tunnel is part of the A6 highway connection between Torino and Savona in northern Italy. In 2018 it was decided to upgrade and refurbish the Montezemolo tunnel to fulfill the Tunnel Safety Directive 2004/54.
