Aesthetic fire protection

The FIREKILL™ OH sidewall nozzles are installed recessed into the wall with the nozzle rosette flush with the surface and the nozzle Cover Plate protruding 10-15 mm from the surface, being the only visible parts of the nozzle in its daily use or directly into a visible pipe system in retrofit cases. The FIREKILL™ OH nozzles can be delivered in different paint and finishes making the system blend in with almost any type of surface, securing the aesthetics of the surroundings. The nozzles can also be delivered with logo print.



The FIREKILL™ system for protection of ordinary hazard OH1 is unique as it requires very low water pressures and water flow rates. The system utilized the automatic low-pressure water mist nozzles Model OH-SW4 which are patented automatic sidewall, fine water spray nozzles. The OH-SW4 nozzle create a homogenous fine water mist, which absorbs heat, reduces radiant heat and causes oxygen depletion near the fire, which in turn controls and suppresses the fire. This homogenous mist consists of a high concentration of very small droplets. Because of the small mass of the droplets, the nozzle creates a large coverage, further minimizing the water expenditures and hydrating nearby combustibles. OH-SW4 can be used for securing Offices, Public areas of low fire load, hotel rooms, rooms in hospitals, care homes, schools, flats, accommodation areas as well as any other comparable risk using CLT/BLC construction.

The FIREKILL™ OH-SW4 has been tested in accordance with Effectis test specification for REAL FIRE TESTS WITH AUTOMATIC EXTINGUISHING SYSTEM ON CLT/BLC SCALE 1 MODEL.
