The FIREKILL™ K6 Open pendent nozzles is a small size low pressure water mist nozzle blending into the surrounding. It is supplied in NiSn coated brass or stainless steel.

Application

The FIREKILL™ K6 is a total flooding low pressure water mist system suited for fire protection of machinery spaces, special hazard machinery spaces, combustion turbines and insulated combustion turbines with volumes up to 4610 m³. The system can be designed with different parameters depending on enclosure size, making it possible to optimize the system for its use.

Test and approvals

FM Approved

The FIREKILL™ K6 system is FM approved as it has been successfully tested to the FM5560 standard, appendix E and F. Gross volume respectively of 320 m³ (5m ceiling height), 800 m³ (8m ceiling height) and 4610 m³ (12m ceiling height).
